These Terms of Use apply to the courses, digital products, coaching, and community resources provided by Seeds of Insight Coaching, operating as Redefining Tinnitus (“we,” “us,” or “our”), through our Thinkific site.

By creating an account or purchasing or using our services, you agree to these terms.

1. Educational and Coaching Services

Our resources provide education and skills to support people in managing their experience of tinnitus.

Although Dr. Emily Hensarling is an audiologist, purchasing a product, taking a course, or participating in coaching does not establish an audiologist-patient relationship.

These services do not provide individualized medical diagnosis or treatment, psychotherapy, or emergency care. They are not a substitute for care from your healthcare providers. Do not delay seeking professional care because of information presented in our resources.

2. Eligibility and Your Account

Our services are intended for adults age 18 and older.

You agree to provide accurate account information, keep your login details secure, and notify us if you believe someone has accessed your account without permission.

Your account and purchased resources are for your personal use. You may not share your login or provide others with access to paid materials.

3. Purchases and Access

Prices, included materials, access periods, and any payment schedules are described on the applicable product or checkout page.

Unless otherwise stated, purchases are one-time payments. Any recurring payments will be identified before purchase.

Access begins after successful payment or enrollment and continues for the period specified in the product description. Download
